Spruce Street Harbor Park
Anchor was retained by the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) to design the Spruce Street Harbor Park at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Anchor provided the permitting, mooring analysis and design, structural engineering and construction inspection services for this project.

We are proud to be a part of this project and in assisting DRWC in providing the much needed public access to the Philadelphia Waterfront. The unique idea of a SSHP was conceptualized by the DRWC. It has been rated as one of the best Urban Beach in the World by Huffington Post.
